Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. SHIPPING TIMES Once shipped, estimated delivery times are: • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available) Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been handed off. TRACKING You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received. If this happens, please contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number. We recommend checking with neighbors or your building office as well. If you believe your package is lost in transit (not yet marked as delivered), contact us at AthenasDaughterNails@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist. ADDRESS ERRORS Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.
